My brainstorm shows the ideas for my design, I wanted to create something different to my other designs and so I came up with this idea.
The look is very different, I will have a paler foundation as a base on the outer edges of my face and my chin/jaw area. In the centre of my face in a heart shape I will have a white heart shape going round the eyes and nose, ending the bottom of the heart at the top of the lips. The brows will also be white so they blend in with the heart, Elizabethans used to have really thin eye brows any way so I wanted to cover those up as they were hardly noticeable anyway. The heart represents the love she has for Robert Dudley, her children, her other lovers and her family. She was full of love but she just made a few bad decisions in life.
The eye lips and around the eyes will be gold, this shows she is quite rich and she was royalty. The Queens cousin and she married very important men too.
The lips are red as a typical Elizabethan look but it has cracked gold on the top as she was royally but she fell out with the Queen and that made cracks in her relationship and her family.
I really like this look, it is my favourite out of all my designs because I think it really presents who she was, she was beautiful, full of love, she was royalty, was an important lady as she was related to the queen. Also she made a few bad decisions so the cracked gold on the lips gives a little edge to the look which I really like.
I have a few Elizabethan features in there such as the brows which are nearly invisible, the red lips and there are pale bits on the face like the heart. I got inspiration from an image that has a heart on the face and I thought about how I could change that in to something Elizabethan.
